The registration deadline for this tournament is March 24th, ~1:00 PM CET. Please note that all runs will be timed using RTA. The category is All Bosses (DLC included), and to participate you need to be able to stream your gameplay. It is open to players from all skill levels. This is a single-stage tournament with double-elimination, which means that players who lose their first round will have a second chance to win in the Loser's Bracket. Best solution I have for you is Alt+F4 and reload, and don't go human very often.Įnemy AI reacts faster/differently than it used to.

Hilariously unexpected, you get stomped on and killed when originally running at full speed doesn't normally reach the stomp. Undead Burg Dragon lands later than its supposed to. For some reason, the lava depends on frame rate. Great Chaos Fireball doesn't place lava on the ground anymore. So I turned off FPS unlock and it launched with 15 fps again but no FPS unlocked. I just deleted everything in my Dark Souls Data folder and deleted local content via Steam and then reinstalled, opted to the Steam beta, reinstalled DSfix (nothing else), turned on FPS and tried it again. Validating my steam files for the game will tell me that "1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired." This obviously leaves me in the same situation as above afterwards and there is no action. It won't tell me it fails, the prompt just goes away with no action. I'll get one prompt asking if I want to run the "steamservice.exe" file (admin) and then it will immediately fail and briefly (less than a second) flash an "installing" step 1 or something menu which will follow with another prompt that asks if I want to run the Dark Souls exe file which will also fail. If I try and launch the game through Steam something weirder happens. Maybe I should also say the above happens when I have FPS unlocked AND launch the game through my start menu (pinned exe file).
Also, my game can run fine if I disable unlock FPS (but playing with 15 FPS is crap), similarly to Beer_Pants as soon as I enable it my game refuses to launch. I don't know if this is significant, but it happens. When I do add "DARKSOULS.exe" to my DEP it'll change to "DARK SOULS PREPARE TO DIE EDITION Launcher". I've tried nearly everything with DSFix 2.3.1 and DSFix 2.4 now.
